If you haven’t been automaticly logged in, you can click the "Login" button located in the top right part of the screen next to the "Register" button.
After clicking the "Login button" a pop-up menu will appear in wich you enter your email address/username and your password. Afterwards simply click on the green "Login" button and you will be taken to your account.
